"As of the end of the last quarter, our cash and treasury bills were $182 billion, and I think it's reasonable to assume that they could reach about $200 billion at the end of the quarter," Buffett said.
He added: "We are happy to spend money and we must find the right target. I hope the risks can be small enough and the rewards can be large, otherwise we won't spend money."
